Rice mold: Flower

(1 customer review)

You can easily turn rice into a pretty flower shape.
Put the cute shaped rice in your bento box or on a plate.
The wood absorbs the excess water from the rice, making it just the right consistency.
Also, when used warm rice, the aroma of the hinoki wood permeates the rice, making it taste even better.
If you dry it thoroughly, you can use it for decades.

3. Make sure there is no space between the rice and the mold by holding the rice firmly in place with the rice scoop.
4. Gently press the rice down with the pressing part to remove rice from the mold.
