Domburi 13.5cm: Hasami Traditional flower

This Hasami-ware rice bowl is produced in Nagasaki Prefecture in Kyushu. Thin and light, traditional yet elegant, it is truly a typical Hasami-yaki piece.
It can be used not only for everyday use, but also proudly for elegant occasions and for hosting guests.
It can be used for a variety of purposes, such as serving oyakodon (parent and child bowl), gyudon (beef bowl), soba (buckwheat noodle), or udon noodles. It is also wonderful to use it as a soup bowl or salad bowl.
