Kyo Bancha is a bancha that is only made in Kyoto.

It is also called baby bancha because it contains virtually no caffeine and the taste is mild.

Unlike hojicha, the tea leaves have not been rubbed,
so the tea leaves are still in their original shape and even the twigs are whole.
